Your Role

You’ll lead outbound lead generation projects for our clients — owning the outreach, hitting KPIs, and collaborating closely with both automation engineers and junior assistants.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns

• Own client accounts and consistently book qualified meetings

• Communicate with clients via calls and async updates

• Manage and delegate tasks to outreach assistants

• Collaborate with developers to automate data and outreach workflows

Requirements

We’re looking for a self-starter with proven results in outbound B2B sales and lead generation.

Must-Haves

• Proven success running outbound Email / LinkedIn campaigns for global clients

• Experience working directly with clients (calls, reporting, strategy)

• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance metrics

• English C1+

• Proactive mindset, solution-focused, and fast to adapt

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Phantombuster

• Experience managing junior assistants or outreach teams

• Basic technical literacy: understanding how automation works (APIs, scrapers, etc.)
