About the role:

As Customer Service Representative you will form an integral part of our company’s support operations. This is a hugely autonomous role with a lot of responsibility giving you real space to build and be part of the success of the service team. It's a full time job, work is done remotely (from your own home).

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure strong performance within KPIs
• Direct report to the Head of Customer Service
• Service existing customers to manage inbound inquiries while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction and service
• Provide support to the team
• Help customers onboard, troubleshoot any issues with their account
• Help with the retention of customers
• Engage with customers directly via email and chat as needed
• Address any customer complaints and escalate as needed
• Be responsive online

We are looking for a real self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and loves building businesses. You will be organized and diligent while also recognizing that actions and outcomes are the real measures of success.

Further requirements:

• Diligent, organized and self-motivated individual with previous experience in customer service
• Strong oral and written English communication skills is a must
• Diligence and ability to learn quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
• Financial services experience with an understanding of consumer loans is a plus
• Excel knowledge is a plus
