Processing the large number of candidates profiles daily (80- 100 profiles) from India, CIS, LatAm, Italy, APAC based on the relevant specialists and skills demand depending on the location, expertise and education level etc.
Conducting interviews in English, writing candidates reviews.

Actively sourcing the best candidates in technology and engineering area via various channels.
Conducting interviews and English language checks, preparing reports on candidates, providing feedback.
Supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process, providing feedback and building long-term relationships.
Curating China market - weekly calls with higher recruitment management on current IT skills demand, distribution of duties between TA Ops team. Daily calls with candidates from India and LatAm to clear up their current skills and tools experience, notice period etc.
Daily reports of processed candidates.
Posting new vacancies and positions on LinkedIn, hh.ru.
DL management - keep tracking and responding to emails from candidates, suppliers, employees etc.
Supervision of the TA Ops newcomers, writing and giving detailed, clear and well-structured work instruction to help to adapt to the process more quickly and effectively.
Mentorship of 30+ foreign TA Ops, daily online hour+ long tutorials and lectures about prescreening process, different internal tools, recruitment details, partially onboarding process etc.

Manage full cycle recruitment in a cross-functional international team for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry-level technical and non-technical talents.

Maintain compliant job file management in the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit).

Background and reference check.
Attend and conduct technology networking events and industry related career fairs (Open IT, Open Career Day - in-house).
Conducting multiple speed interviews during Open Career Day.
Creating and updating enticing job openings on different job boards.
