#Position:

#Required:

• Higher technical education

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Go (Golang)

• Experience designing and developing microservice architectures

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with gRPC

• Experience with MongoDB: schema design, query optimization

• Experience implementing real-time communication using WebRTC

• Proficiency with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)

• Understanding of CI/CD processes, experience setting up pipelines

• Confident in Git version control

• Experience writing unit and integration tests

• Ability to understand and maintain existing codebases

• Clean, maintainable coding style

• Team player with good communication skills

#Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Understanding of NoSQL and relational database principles

• Knowledge of design principles and architectural patterns

• Experience profiling and optimizing application performance

• Involvement in building high-load and fault-tolerant systems

• Experience with WebSockets

• Willingness to mentor and provide technical leadership

• Experience writing technical articles or internal documentation

#Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new backend features and services

• Improve and optimize existing functionality

• Integrate with internal and external APIs using gRPC

• Maintain real-time communication features via WebRTC

• Participate in DevOps tasks (deployment, monitoring, logging)

• Conduct code reviews and evaluate architectural decisions

• Document implemented solutions and development approaches
