RichBrains is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will develop cost-effective and durable software solutions to achieve the most ambitious goals in educational industry.

What you will do at the Salesforce Developer position in RichBrains:

• Develop and integrate Salesforce digital engagement solutions, including the integration of various channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, Bots, Webchat, and in-app and web messaging, using Apex triggers, platform events, custom notifications, Lightning components, and VisualForce pages;
• Set up Omni-Channel for skill-based routing and manage routing configurations;
• Integrate with third-party websites using Salesforce Digital Engagement tools;
• Configure schedulable and batchable jobs for process automation;
• Perform external integration using the tools listed above and engage in many more interesting tasks;
• Communicate with the client on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on Digital Engagement;
• Solid experience with Omni-Channel configuration and skill-based routing;
• Practical experience integrating external web platforms with Salesforce Digital Engagement features;
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configurations;
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus;
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills in order to communicate with the client and team.
