We are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing Team.
You will work as part of a team, you will provide first-line support to customers via the telephone, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
Answering calls via telephone.
Providing guidance on how to create and complete profiles.
Logging of service desk tickets, ensuring all the details of the issue were provided.
Provide assistance to end users with their daily tasks according to defined procedures.
Escalates customer issue as needed based on established guidelines.
Requirements:
Level of English: Advanced or Fluent : (both written and oral).
Advanced level PC skills.
Desire to learn and help others.
Excellent Communication skills.

Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
